PULSE HVAC Inc. provides residential and commercial HVAC services, including but not limited to installation, repair, maintenance, and replacement of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems throughout the Sacramento and Carmichael, California area.
PULSE HVAC Inc. is a licensed contractor registered with the California State Contractors License Board (CSLB). CSLB License: 1104726, C-20 (Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning) classification. You may verify our license status at www.cslb.ca.gov.
All written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Work will commence only upon written or verbal authorization from the customer. Any unforeseen conditions or required work discovered during service will be communicated to you before proceeding, and your approval will be obtained before additional charges are incurred.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% annually) on the outstanding balance. Customer is responsible for all costs of collection, including reasonable attorneys' fees.
PULSE HVAC Inc. warrants its workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of service completion. Equipment, parts, and materials are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, which are passed through to the customer. We do not extend any warranty on manufacturer defects. Warranties are void for damages caused by misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.
To the maximum extent permitted by California law, PULSE HVAC Inc.'s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. In no event shall PULSE HVAC Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided by PULSE HVAC Inc. shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Sacramento County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek relief in a small claims court for matters within its jurisdiction. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
All content on the PULSE HVAC Inc. website, including but not limited to text, logos, images, graphics, and design, is owned by or licensed to PULSE HVAC Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.
Our website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. PULSE HVAC Inc. does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the website is at your sole risk.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PULSE HVAC Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our services or website, or your violation of these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.
PULSE HVAC Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services or website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
