Common questions before you call

PULSE HVAC dispatches from our Carmichael, CA headquarters and provides same-day service across the greater Sacramento metro — 30+ cities including Sacramento, Roseville, Folsom, Elk Grove, Citrus Heights, Rancho Cordova, Davis, and Woodland. We also serve 45 Bay Area cities on a scheduled-appointment model (1–3 business day lead time, no trip fees).

No. In-person estimates are free across every city we serve — Sacramento metro and Bay Area both. We drive out, walk the install or diagnose the problem, and give you a firm written quote with no obligation. There's no trip charge regardless of where in the service area you are.

Sacramento metro: most calls placed before noon get same-day service. Emergency repairs during heat waves or no-heat winter days are prioritized for households with elderly residents, young children, or medical needs. Bay Area: appointments are scheduled 1–3 business days out with a firm 2-hour arrival window.

Yes. PULSE HVAC holds an active California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) C-20 Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating, and Air-Conditioning license, valid statewide. Every technician carries EPA Section 608 universal refrigerant certification, and we carry full general liability and workers' compensation insurance.

We accept cash, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), and check. For larger installations and replacements, financing is available — we'll go over options at the estimate so you can compare the all-in cost with and without financing.
